  • ½ cup Mango frozen or fresh cubed
  • 1 cup greens – spinach or Lacinato kale, which has stronger flavor than spinach but milder than curly kale
  • 2 Tbs. chia seeds
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice optional
  • 1 cup non dairy milk
  • 1-3 dates pitted for extra sweetness, if desired
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  • Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth.
