Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers chopped, thinly peeled
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds raw or raw cashews
  • 2 green onions with tops
  • 1 tsp. granulated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt or to taste
  • ½ cup lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place in blender and process on high until smooth.

Notes

Use as salad dressing or coleslaw dressing. I like it over spinach with red onions. 🙂
