Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy curls rehydrated, chopped
  • ½ cup celery diced
  • 1 green onion or (1 Tbs. minced chives/1 tsp dried chives)

OR

  • 1 Tbs. minced onion dried
  • 2 Tbs. vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs parsley minced

OR

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Store in fridge up to 1 week

Notes

May add 1⁄4 cup vegan shredded cheese.
