Bountiful Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups (1 Ib) Navy Beans or Great Northern Beans
- 1 Onion medium, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Tomato pureé
- ½ cup Dates pitted, blended with 1 cup of water
- ⅓ cup Molasses
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1 tsp. Vegetable Seasoned Salt
- ½ tsp. Salt
Instructions
- Cook the beans until they are very soft.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Bake in a 9×13 baking dish, covered, for one hour at 375º F.
- Uncover and bake 30 minutes more or until it is nicely browned and bubbling.
- It’s even better the next day!
