Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups (1 Ib) Navy Beans or Great Northern Beans
  • 1 Onion medium, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato pureé
  • ½ cup Dates pitted, blended with 1 cup of water
  • cup Molasses
  • 1 tsp. Onion powder
  • 1 tsp. Vegetable Seasoned Salt
  • ½ tsp. Salt

Instructions

  • Cook the beans until they are very soft.
  • Add all the other ingredients.
  • Bake in a 9×13 baking dish, covered, for one hour at 375º F.
  • Uncover and bake 30 minutes more or until it is nicely browned and bubbling.
  • It’s even better the next day!
