Ingredients

  • 4 Tbs. chia seed
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • tsp. pure stevia extract or to taste
  • 1 cup raspberries or blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, except fruit, thoroughly.
  • Allow to sit for 15 minutes or so and stir one more time.
  • Chill for 3-4 hours before serving.
  • Divide into 2 portions and top each portion with fruit.
