Lucia’s Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 Tbs. chia seed
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ⅛ tsp. pure stevia extract or to taste
- 1 cup raspberries or blueberries fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except fruit, thoroughly.
- Allow to sit for 15 minutes or so and stir one more time.
- Chill for 3-4 hours before serving.
- Divide into 2 portions and top each portion with fruit.
