Brussels Sprouts with no oil Garlic Lemon Sauce

  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts
  • ½ box Tofu MoriNu, silken
  • 4 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt or chicken style seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp. tahini


  • Steam the Brussels sprouts until tender, about 20 minutes.
  • Place all other ingredients in blender and blend until very smooth.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the steamed sprouts and enjoy!
  • Sauce is also great over any cooked green, or as salad dressing.
