Brussels Sprouts with no oil Garlic Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb. brussels sprouts
- ½ box Tofu MoriNu, silken
- 4 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt or chicken style seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic crushed
- 1 tsp. tahini
Instructions
- Steam the Brussels sprouts until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Place all other ingredients in blender and blend until very smooth.
- Drizzle the sauce over the steamed sprouts and enjoy!
- Sauce is also great over any cooked green, or as salad dressing.
