Lucia’s Seasoned Vegetable Salt
This is a great all-purpose seasoning to keep on hand. Just a sprinkle on salad, or in sauces and dressings, or main dishes, brings a great herbal punch of flavor to the dish. I always keep a jar of this on hand.

Ingredients
- 1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- ¾ cup salt
- ¾ tsp Dry oregano leaf
- ¾ Tbs. garlic, granulated
- 1 ½ Tbs. onion, granulated
- 6 Tbs. parsley flakes
- ¾ tsp. basil
- ⅜ tsp. dill weed
- ¾ tsp. Dry sage
Instructions
- Blend thoroughly to powder-like consistency. Keep in tightly covered jars.
