I love learning through the right teacher. I’m so appreciative of your plant base cooking. I would like to follow you and download your cooking classes/ recipes. I’m excited about cooking in my kitchen while you’re cooking in yours. I’m interested in your 12 steps to remove the meat out of my diet along with the processed food. I’m seeking how to prepare tasty bean, legume dishes. Looking forward to make better heart healthy choices for 2022. I’m overweight and taking Trulicity injections 1x week. Weight loss would certainly assist in the balancing of my high spikes. Changing my cooking habits and incorporating your recipes will certainly benefit my path to better life choices.
