This fast and simple guacamole is great with baked tortilla chips or on black bean burgers!
Lucia’s Guacamole
Easy and flavorful smashed avocado!

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped, fresh
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 2 teaspoons red onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced

- Pinch cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Mash avocado with a potato masher or fork.
- Stir in cilantro, lemon juice, onion, garlic, cayenne, and salt.
