    1. First of all, a lot of my recipes refer to it, so there’s that! But I use it to make the broth for veggie chicken noodle soup, sprinkle it into tomato sauces, use it for lots of different tofu dishes (scrambled, roasted, baked, etc.) and even use it in salad dressing. Also great as a seasoning for white beans (navy, great northern, lima and so on) anywhere you’d use chicken broth.
