Creamy Millet Delight
- Simmer millet, water, and pineapple juice in covered sauce pan on low heat until well cooked, usually 1 hour.
- Stir occasionally.
- When cooked, add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Serve with fruit if desired. Sliced bananas are excellent, fresh apple as well. Add non-dairy milk as desired.
- Garnish with coconut, ground granola, a few pieces of dried fruit, or carob chips.
- Serve hot.
