Ingredients

Instructions

  • Simmer millet, water, and pineapple juice in covered sauce pan on low heat until well cooked, usually 1 hour.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • When cooked, add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
  • Serve with fruit if desired. Sliced bananas are excellent, fresh apple as well. Add non-dairy milk as desired.
  • Garnish with coconut, ground granola, a few pieces of dried fruit, or carob chips.
  • Serve hot.
