arrowroot powder

cup
cold water
Instructions
Pour most of the water into a small saucepan, reserving about ¼ cup of water in the measuring cup.
Add arrowroot to reserved water and mix well until completely dissolved.
Bring water to a boil.
Add arrowroot mixture while stirring quickly and keep stirring for 1 minute until solution is clear.
Chill and use in a 1:1 substitution for oil in cold dressing recipes.
